.. Memorial Service at the Cenotaph - Cocker Avenue Park - Cwmbran  ..

In the presence of His Worship the Mayor of Torfaen Councillor Bill King and the Mayoress Ms. Janet King,

Lynne Neagle AM Member of the National Assembly for Wales for Torfaen,

Councillor Tom Matthews Chair, Cwmbran Community Council, Councillor Nigel Davies Chair, Croesyceiliog and Llanyrafon Community Council, Councillor Linda Westerman Chair, Henllys Community Council, Councillor Jennifer Nancarrow Chair, Ponthir Community Council and several hundred members of the public.      

.. Conducted by Reverend Fr Michael Phillips BA (Law) J.P. Rector of Cwmbran ..

The Parade assembled at Clomendy Road before moving off and marching along Commercial Street, Victoria Street, Oldbury Road, Henllys Way to Cocker Avenue Park for a Memorial Service and the laying of wreaths before moving off again via Henllys Way, Cocker Avenue and Wesley Street to St.Gabriel`s Church.
