This Lot is sold with the benefit of a right of way between the points F, G, on plan, and subject to a right of way between the points E. E. F. on the plan for the benefit of Lot 14.
The drainage from Lots 9, 10, 11, 12, 13 and 14, at present discharges into a cesspool in the field No. 116, part of Lot 4, and these Lots shall each be sold subject to the rights of drainage as now existing for the benefit of the remaining Lots and the Purchaser of each Lot shall keep in order the drains passing through/or over such Lot.
