Hi Folks, in order to get some `Exercise`, `Fresh Air` and `Environmental Awareness`; each month I will walk or cycle the length of the Monmouthshire canal that meanders it's way through Cwmbran and report on what I see.
I will start my walk or cycle ride at the Cwmbran Tunnel, known locally as the `Long Tunnel` and finish at Hollybush Way, a distance of approximately 3.9 miles.
