Caroline Battle (nee Malson) relates:-  I have just seen the picture of the WED department on the site, I started work in Girlings in November 1983, and worked on a production line in one of the glasshouses until I started on Stores Records. I worked all over the site in different stores and finally, I worked in the WED stores records office until December 1991. It was great to see so many of my old friends. I am number 42 on the photo, my Uncle Bob is on there too, number 36. I've really enjoyed looking at the site. I am telling everyone about it........ Thanks for the memories,
